About Shining Teens
Shining Teens is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to helping adolescents reach their full potential through holistic guidance, skill-building activities, mentorship, and career advice.
Born in 2008 from a need to empower the next generation, the initiative was founded to equip young teenagers with the essential education, practical skills, and moral values needed to navigate life with purpose, integrity, and resilience.

- Give 10,000 Nigerian teens access to quality education annually
- Empower 10,000 Nigerian teens annually with resources to start & scale their business.
- Foster collaboration between teenagers and relevant Pan-African international public and private institutions

Founder Shining Teens Initiative
The Shining Teen Initiative was established in 2023, to direct and administer her growing portfolio of philanthropic activities arising from her passion to further transform teenage lives in a very positive way. The foundation is dedicated to providing educational support services, skill empowerment and promotion of small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for the less-privileged children and youths in society.

GODREY OGBECHI
Mrs Godrey is the Group Executive Director at Rainoil.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University of Calabar and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
With an extensive banking career spanning 19 years across Universal Trust Bank Limited and Fidelity Bank Plc, her expertise covers operations, customer service and relationship management, audit, and human resource management. She has successfully managed high-profile domestic and international projects. Notably, as the Head of Human Resources at Fidelity Bank, she played a pivotal role as a key member of the merger team responsible for the consolidation of Fidelity, FSB, and Manny Bank.
chris Odinaka igwe
Dr. Chris Odinaka Igwe, OFR, earned his Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, in 1996 and later obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Public Administration from Lagos State University in 2015. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School's Owner Manager Programme (OMP) and the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, reflecting his commitment to continuous executive and leadership development.
A distinguished entrepreneur and business leader, Dr. Igwe has over 22 years of experience across the downstream and midstream oil and gas sectors, shipping and logistics, agriculture, and related industries. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Chrisnak Group of Companies, where he has successfully led the growth and diversification of the organisation through strategic leadership, sound corporate governance, and innovative business management.
His extensive local and international management training has further strengthened his expertise in entrepreneurship, administration, and organizational development.In recognition of his outstanding contributions to business and national development, Dr. Igwe was named Investor of the Year by The Sun Newspaper in both 2020 and 2022. He was also conferred with the national honour of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) by the Federal Government of Nigeria in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the country's socio-economic development and private sector growth.
Mazi Samuel Iheanyichukwu Ohuabunwa
Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa is a distinguished pharmacist, industrialist, and public policy advocate with decades of leadership experience in Nigeria's pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and economic development sectors.
He is the Founding President of the West African Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (WAPMA) and has served as Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) as well as the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), where he played a pivotal role in advancing industrial growth and private sector development.
A highly respected professional, Mazi Ohuabunwa is a Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists, the Nigerian Academy of Pharmacy, the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and several other professional bodies. His contributions to national development extend into the public sector, having served as a member of the Presidential Committees on Vision 2010 and Vision 2020, which were established to shape Nigeria's long-term economic and developmental strategies.
Throughout his career, he has held numerous public service appointments, including membership of the governing boards of the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) and the Nigerian Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS). He was also appointed by President Goodluck Jonathan to the Board of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P), and chaired the governing councils of Abia State Polytechnic and Abia State Teaching Hospital. In 2021, Mazi Ohuabunwa declared his intention to contest the 2023 Nigerian presidential election under the platform of the National New Nigeria (NNG) political party, underscoring his enduring commitment to national leadership and public service.
MARTINS AYODELE
Mr. Ayodele is a seasoned banking executive and corporate strategist currently serving as Regional Bank Head at Fidelity Bank. An alumnus of the University of Nigeria, where he earned a degree in Economics, his illustrious career spans over two decades of progressive leadership across top-tier Nigerian financial institutions, including the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Enterprise Bank, Skye Bank, Unity Bank, and Fidelity Bank.
Renowned for his commercial acumen, Mr. Ayodele brings deep expertise across Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, and High-Net-Worth Relationship Management. Throughout his banking trajectory, he has consistently driven regional growth, optimized portfolio performance, and forged strategic commercial partnerships that align with institutional objectives. In his current capacity, he provides executive leadership and strategic direction for regional operations, steering market expansion and driving operational excellence across Fidelity Bank's network.

Vincent Chinedum Anigbogu
Prof. Vincent Chinedum Anigbogu is the Founder and Director General of the Institute for National Transformation (INT), established in 2007.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (1878) and Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry (1981) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA, followed by a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry in 1986 from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
Under his leadership, the INT focuses on training and mentoring value-based, accountable leaders across seven societal spheres: politics and governance, education, media, business, social, culture and arts, and religion. The institute's mission is to cultivate leaders who deliver performance over mere pronouncements, prioritize competence over titles, pioneer bold and progressive initiatives instead of exerting control, and leave a lasting legacy of progress across the continent.
PHILLIP OKEchukwu IGWE
Hon. Okey is a veteran of the United States Air Force and an accomplished legal practitioner, legislator, and media entrepreneur.
He attended Chapman University in Orange County, California, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice in 2004. Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010, he is an active member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is the founder and Principal Partner of Lagem Firma & Partners, a reputable law firm comprising seasoned attorneys.
As a former member of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Okey built a distinguished legislative record. He notably championed HAB-12, a landmark bill designed to liberalize the power sector and establish a comprehensive energy policy for Abia State. Beyond legislation, his tenure was marked by impactful constituency development, including road rehabilitation, rural electrification initiatives, attracting turnkey projects, driving youth employment, and spearheading direct cash empowerment programs for indigent widows.
In addition to his legal and political career, Hon. Okey is a media entrepreneur who founded and served as the pioneer Publisher and CEO of The Oracle Today Newspapers Ltd.
Edewor Gladys Amaka
An accomplished educationist with over four decades of distinguished experience in teaching, educational leadership, and school administration, she holds a Bachelor's degree in English Education and a Master's degree in Language Arts from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Throughout her career, she taught at two of Anambra State's most prestigious secondary schools and retired as a Principal Special Grade, leaving a lasting legacy of academic excellence, disciplined leadership, and outstanding service to the education sector. Her commitment to educational development also saw her serve as a Board Member of the Anambra State Universal Basic Education Board (ASUBEB) for three years, where she contributed to the formulation and implementation of policies aimed at strengthening basic education across the state.
Beyond her professional achievements, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in faith-based and community development initiatives. As President of GraceWomen Fellowship International for over fifteen years, she has provided visionary leadership, championing the spiritual growth, empowerment, and mentorship of women while fostering positive social impact within communities.
