WHO WE ARE
Shining Teens is a non-profit organization committed to helping adolescents reach their potential by providing helpful spiritual guidance, skill-building activities, mentorship, and career advice. The initiative grew out of a burning passion in 2008 to equip young teenagers with education, skills and moral values that would positvely impact society.

Education remains key to unlocking the potential of young people. A such we strongly focus on giving them quality education to improve their skills, live productive lives and contribute to society
SKILL ACQUISITION
We are taking our efforts a step further by arming our teens with the skills they need to turn their ideas and passion into economic gain. Helping them lead independent, self-reliant lives invariably reducing crime and social vices.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT
We help young entreprenuers kickstart or scale their efforts by proviging credit facilities and mentorship to leverage job creation and positive gain for society.
OBJECTIVES
- Give 10,000 Nigerian teens access to quality education annually
- Empower 10,000 Nigerian teens annually with resources to start & scale their business.
- Foster collaboration between teenagers and relevant Pan-African international public and private institutions
- Give hope to the unsupported, underserved and underpriviledged teenagers in Nigeria.
- Be at the forefront of leading teenage empowerment in Nigeria that causes social impact, change and societal transformation

Founder Shining Teens Initiative
The Shining Teen Initiative was established in 2023, to direct and administer her growing portfolio of philanthropic activities arising from her passion to further transform teenage lives in a very positive way. The foundation is dedicated to providing educational support services, skill empowerment and promotion of small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for the less-privileged children and youths in society.

Administration. Godrey has extensive banking experience, spanning Operations, Customer Service/Relationship Management, Audit and Human Resource Management. Cumulatively, she spent 19
years with Universal Trust Bank Limited and Fidelity Bank Plc, where she managed high profile projects both within and outside
the country. As the Head ~ Human Resources of Fidelity Bank, she was akey member of the Fidelity, FSB and Manny Bank Merger Team
chris .o. igwe
CEO - Mainland Oil & Gas
Dr. Chris Odinaka Igwe (OFR) bagged the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State in 1996 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration in 2015 from the Lagos State University. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, Owner Manager Programme (OMP) and Harvard Business School Owner President Management Course. He Is a renowned businessman with a wealth of experience spanning over 22 years in downstream and midstream oil and gas operations, shipping and logistics and agriculture. He is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Chrisnak Group of Compares. He has acquired enormous Management and Entrepreneurial Education, both locally and overseas, with a track record of strategic business management and administration. Chris Igwe received the award of the investor of the year from The Sun newspaper in 2020 and 2022. He also received the Nigeria National award, the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) for his steriing contributions to national socio-economic development.
Mazi Samuel Iheanyichukwu Ohuabunwa
Pharmacist - Politician - Business Titan
Sam Ohuabunwa is the foundation president of the West African Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association. He was also the Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and former chairman of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria. He is also a Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists, Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Pharmacy, Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management and other professional bodies. In the public sector, he was a member of the Presidential Committee on vision 2010 and Vision 2020 national development plans. Mazi Sam has been a member of the Boards of the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) and Nigerian Health
Insurance Scheme (NHIS). He was appointed on the board of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P)
by President Goodluck Jonathan, and was chairman of the governing boards of Abia State Polytechnic and Abia State Teaching
Hospital. In 2021, he announced his candidacy for the Presidency of Nigeria n the 2023 elections under the newly formed party, NNG.

Prof Vincent Chinedum Anigbogu
Founder, Institute of National Transformation (INT)
Prof. Vincent Chinedum Anigbogu obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry in 1878 and Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry in 1981, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, in Pennsylvania, USA. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry in 1986 at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. In 2007. Professor Anighogu founded and serves as the Director General of the Institute for National Transformation (INT). The aim of
INT is to train and mentor value-based, no-excuse leaders within the spheres of politics and governance, education, media, business, social, culture and arts, and religious sectors. Such leaders will proffer performance instead of pronouncements,
expertise and competence instead of title and position, pioneer bold and progressive initiatives instead of dictatorship and control; and leave a lasting legacy on the continent instead of failures and excuses.
PHILLIP OKEY ESQ
A is a veteran of the US Military Air Force. He attended Chapman University, Orange County, in California, U.S.A. where he obtained his Bachelor's (BA) Degree in Criminal Justice in 2004. He was called to the New York State Bar in 2010 and is a
member of the American Bar Association; New York Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyer Association A former member of the Abia State House of Assembly, he championed the landmark bill (HAB-12) aimed at iberalising the power sector and establishing an energy policy for Abia State. Hon. Okey also focused on laudable initiatives such as road rehabilit in, energising local communities, attracting turn key projects, indigent widows’ direct cash empowerment and getting young constituents employed, among other remarkable achievements while serving in the State House of Assembly. He founded and is the Principal Partner of Lagem Firma & Partners, ‘reputable firm of highly respected and seasoned attorneys. He also founded and was the pioneer publisher/CEO of The Oracle Today Newspapers Ltd.
